Dungeon info

STAGE 1 - Sealed Stone Activation

 

  • Players must attack and destroy the Sealed Stone to proceed
  • Critical Mechanic: When the stone reaches 50% HP, it becomes completely invulnerable and transforms into an NPC
  • A guardian boss spawns simultaneously when the stone becomes invulnerable
    • Important: The stone cannot take any damage while the guardian boss is alive
    • Players must defeat the guardian boss first to make the Sealed Stone vulnerable again
    • Once the guardian is killed, the original stone reappears and can be destroyed
  • Destroying the stone removes the door blocking access to the next area

STAGE 2 - Confronting the Main Guardian

  • A powerful boss spawns in the main chamber with escalating abilities based on HP thresholds
  • At 75% HP:
    • Boss unleashes a devastating area attack affecting all players Reduces every player’s current HP by 20%
    • Applies a severe attack speed debuff (-50 attack speed) for 10 seconds
    • Players become significantly slower at attacking during this period
  • At 50% HP
    • Boss calls for reinforcements, spawning a wave of monsters
  • At 25% HP:
    • Boss gains “stone skin” ability, reducing all incoming damage by 50%
    • This makes the final phase significantly more challenging and longer
    • After defeating the boss, 4 mystical portals and 4 metin stones appear simultaneously Additional return portals spawn in the side chambers for easy navigation

STAGE 4 - The Essence Trial

  • After defeating the intermediate boss, the 4 main portals reappear but in randomized positions
  • Critical Element: A special metin stone (different from regular ones) spawns in one random side chamber
  • Time Pressure: Players have exactly 90 seconds to locate and destroy the special stone
  • The special stone drops a unique essence item when destroyed
    Consequence Mechanic: If the essence is not used within the 90-second limit:
    • All players receive a permanent curse for the remainder of the dungeon
    • The curse reduces poison infliction chance by 10%
  • Success Path: Using the essence in time clears the timer and spawns the first main boss
  • All main portals disappear once the special stone is destroyed, forcing focus on the boss fight

STAGE 5 - First Main Boss Battle

  • A powerful main boss appears with invulnerability mechanics
  • Phase 1 (100%-75% HP): Boss can be damaged normally
  • Phase 2 (75% HP threshold):
    • Boss becomes completely invulnerable (99.99% damage reduction) Spawns a wave of monsters
    • Critical: Boss cannot take any damage while even one summoned monster remains alive
    • Players must eliminate every single monster to proceed
  • Phase 3 (Post-monster clear):
    • Boss becomes vulnerable again once all monsters are killed
    • Boss can be damaged normally until death

STAGE 6 - Second Main Boss Encounter

  • The second main boss features sustained damage mechanics and guardian phases
  • At 75% HP:
    • Boss begins channeling dark energy continuously
    • Every 10 seconds, reduces all players’ current HP by 30%
    • This effect continues for the remainder of the fight, requiring constant healing/recovery
  • At 50% HP:
    • Boss becomes completely invulnerable (99.99% damage reduction)
    • Spawns 3 guardian creatures at specific positions around the area
    • Critical: Boss cannot take any damage while any guardian remains alive
    • All 3 guardians must be eliminated before the boss becomes vulnerable again
  • At 20% HP:
    • Boss enters a frenzy state with 80% critical hit chance
    • Combined with ongoing HP drain, this creates extreme pressure on players
    • Players must manage both the constant HP drain and guardian mechanics simultaneously

STAGE 7 - Final Boss Confrontation

  • The ultimate boss encounter with the most complex mechanics in the dungeon
  • At 80% HP:
    • Boss becomes completely invulnerable and summons 3 powerful guardians
    • Critical: Boss cannot take any damage while any guardian is alive
    • All guardians must be defeated before the boss becomes vulnerable again
  • At 60% HP:
    • Boss gains permanent 15% damage reduction for the remainder of the fight
    • This stacks with any subsequent damage reductions
  • At 40% HP:
    • Spawns 4 dragon egg stones at fixed positions around the arena
    • Each active stone provides the boss with 20% damage reduction (total: 80% reduction)
    • Strategic Choice: Players can destroy stones to reduce boss’s damage resistance Each destroyed stone removes 20% of the boss’s damage reduction
    • Destroying stones is optional but highly recommended for reasonable clear times
  • At 20% HP:
    • Boss summons another wave of reinforcement monsters
    • These monsters can be killed while continuing to damage the boss (no invulnerability)
  • At 10% HP:
    • Boss performs a catastrophic attack reducing all players’ HP by 50%
    • Gains additional 30% damage reduction (“stone skin”) stacking with existing reduction
    • Final Challenge: Boss can have up to 95% total damage reduction if no stones were destroyed
